Melissa has over 20 years of professional experience working with victims and perpetrators of domestic violence, childhood survivors of trauma, children and teens with emotional and behavioral disorders, and persons with chronic mental illness. Melissa has a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University. Melissa has advanced training in domestic violence, sexual abuse, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. She is passionate about helping survivors of trauma to heal from their experiences and in ending violence against women and children.
