Child and Teen Counseling

Safe Passage offers the following services to children and teens who have experienced domestic violence:

• Supportive, safe, and stable agency environment
• Help children understand that the violence in their homes is not their fault
• Help them grieve their losses
• Work on safety planning
• Help victims identify feelings
• Teach non-violent ways of resolving conflict
• Develop creative problem solving skills
• Help develop social skills
• Provide positive role model interactions
• Support groups
